Kia ora,
Good news! My sick chook is sick no more! She got that egg out! It was one of those eggs with the weird, rubbery shell. Now her comb is back to its healthy red and she’s pecking and scratching the ground with gusto.
Not to induce panic on this sunny morning, but it’s almost November. I have one big goal for the rest of the year: book one final edit. Will it be your story I dig into? (All the Adventure Edit details are right here.)
What’s your big goal for November/December? Doesn’t have to be writing related. Maybe you want to get one last trip in before your favourite hut fills up over the Christmas holidays. Reply and let me know. I answer every email!
We’ve got this.
Deborah
PS. I hope all my South Island people are okay after last week’s massive wind gusts. We had two trees down at our place, but nothing like the damage in Southland. Stay safe, stay dry, stay warm.
